How much is the deposit?
$25 for every item, applied in full to your price. It's a hold, not a fee. Pay it online at checkout or send it by Zelle or Venmo.
How long do you hold an item?
Until your chosen pickup or delivery slot. No shows forfeit the deposit and the item goes back on sale.
Can I pick up today?
Yes, same day pickup for in box items is available between 11 AM and 6 PM, as long as your time is at least an hour away when you reserve. Assembled pickups happen on Mondays.
How does delivery work?
Deliveries within LA County happen on Wednesdays. You pick one of four windows when you reserve: 12 to 2, 2 to 4, 4 to 6, or 6 to 8 PM. Need it sooner? Rush delivery is often possible, message me for a quote.
Can I pay the whole thing by Venmo or Zelle?
Yes. Listed prices are cash prices. Paying the balance by Venmo or Zelle adds 10% for convenience. The deposit itself is always at face value.
Where is pickup?
Items are stored at secure storage locations around Los Angeles. Your item's pickup address shows when you reserve it, and it's confirmed by text with your deposit.
Any discounts?
Yes. Order on the website and choose pickup in box to get the website discount, 10% off the item price. Delivery within LA County is free when you order on the website.
Can I inspect the item before paying?
Always. You check your item in person at pickup or delivery before paying the balance. All sales are final after that, so take your time looking it over.
